We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail & DPD.

All orders containing solely ‘ready-to-ship’ products are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Made-to-order garments and ‘ready-to-ship’ products that are ordered together are dispatched within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. All deliveries are tracked must be signed for.

If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

Please Note: You are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees that may be incurred. These charges are unique to your country and are out of our control.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received goods that are defective in any way, please contact customerservice@atelieraphrodisia.com within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist. This 14 day period starts from the date the goods have been signed for and delivered. The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name and order ID as subject reference to customerservice@atelieraphrodisia.com and request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). If a return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and return address.

All items for return or exchange must be complete with tags, unused and in “as new” condition and should be returned in the original packaging. Please be sure to wear your own lingerie when trying on briefs and thongs as we cannot accept returns of garments that have been damaged or worn. Please include all paperwork and your RAN number with your items.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note. Return items not accompanied by a filled out Returns Form and RAN will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers need to inform us of their intention to return within 14 days of receipt and return items within 30 days to receive a refund. If the items are returned after 30 days, we will offer an exchange only.

You will be contacted within 5 workings days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of returned goods. A refund, credit note or exchange will be issued, subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to make the initial purchase.

If you have paid via Paypal, any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by Paypal and not Aphrodisia.

**PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to except returns of any gift cards, made-to-measure or bespoke garments.

Returns from Germany

German customs policy requires a specific MRN number for any return shipment above the value of 1000 EURO, it is the responsibility of the customer to apply for this direct from local customs. If you cannot obtain an MRN then the return should be split into packages below 1000 EURO to avoid being refused during clearance. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with this.

Cancellation policy for services:

Where we provide services that are ordered via email (e.g. made-to-measure, bespoke or repair services), then you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of us confirming acceptance of the order without giving any reason. However, you do not have the right to cancel if you requested for us to start providing the services during that 14-day cancellation period and the services are fully performed.

We will not start providing services during the 14-day cancellation period unless you ask us to. If you do ask us to, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel this contract once the services are fully performed (i.e the work is completed). This means that if you requested for us to start providing the services during the cancellation period and the services are fully performed during this period, you lose your right to cancel and will be required to pay the full price under this contract even if the cancellation period has not expired.
